2. Overview

We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and answer your requests, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies or any tracking services.

3. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you open the website, our hosting server automatically processes technical data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest). Log files are kept only as long as needed for operation and security and are not combined with other data.

4. Contact form, email and phone

When you write to us via the form, we process the details you enter (name, phone, email, type of work, message) as well as the language, the page you sent it from and the time. The same applies to requests by email or phone.

The purpose is to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise our legitimate interest in handling requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Form data is forwarded to us by email through a technical service provider with servers in the EU and is not used for any other purpose. A field that only automated programs fill in protects us against spam.

5. Retention

We delete requests once they have been dealt with and no further storage is required. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for as long as statutory retention obligations (in particular commercial and tax law) require.

6. Recipients and hosting

The website is hosted by a provider with a data centre in the European Union. We use an email service to send the form emails. Data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place or will be concluded with these providers. No transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA is intended.

7. Fonts and external content

Fonts are loaded from our own server; no data is sent to Google or other font providers when you visit a page. The website does not embed maps, videos or social media plugins from third parties.

8. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. The language is chosen from your browser's language setting.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Just write to info@isotrapez.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for example the Romanian authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), which is responsible for us, or the authority where you live.

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
